Service
Our team of qualified engineers are on hand to provide you with the repair, maintenance and calibration of your instrument. Our skilled technicians are trained to the highest standards to ensure your instrument is back up and running to optimal working order, and returned to you as quickly as possible.
Calibration
It is important that your instruments are re-calibrated on an annual basis to ensure they continue to provide you with accurate and reliable results, and maintain their extended warranty.
Our engineers will examine your instrument thoroughly to ensure it is calibrated to the same standard as when it left the factory.
Your instrument may be returned to our Ion Science factory, or to a local Ion Science Authorised Service Centre.
To return an instrument to the Ion Science factory, please print out the Ion Science Calibration/Repair Form, fill out all the necessary details and send the form back with the instrument that requires Calibrating/Repairing to the address below. Alternatively, contact our Service Department with the number or email address featured below.
