Multi Gas Detector for VOCs

Firstcheck+ is the first ppb multi gas detector to combine volatile organic compound (VOC) detection with explosive gas (LEL) sensors. Its multi gas sensors detect oxygen, hydrogen sulphide, carbon monoxide and explosive gases, using a highly sensitive PID detector.

The FirstCheck+ handheld multi gas detector provides unrivalled resistance to humidity, due to its unique Fence Electrode Technology. The instrument's PID capabilities have received independent verification as the most sensitive, accurate PID available.

FirstCheck+ accurately detects VOCs from 1 ppb to 10,000 ppm, a range unmatched by other multi gas detector. The FirstCheck+ multi gas detector enables the detection of many gases that are toxic at low ppb levels.

The Firstcheck+ gives rapid response at the scene of an accident or emergency enabling fast action to be taken. Firstcheck+ is the multi gas detector of choice for applications including emergency response, confined space entry, weapons of mass destruction and hazardous materials

What's Included

The FirstCheck+ multi gas detector is a fully upgradeable instrument available in four distinct variants. Choose the instrument to best suit your requirements.

FirstCheck+ 1000Ex
Intrinsically Safe with a detection range of 0.1 – 4,000 ppm, the FirstCheck+ 1000 has user set single point alarms and gas table of over 450 gases (including their unique response factors.)

FirstCheck+ 2000Ex
With added data logging capability, the FirstCheck+ 2000 allows storage of over 37 hours of data logged readings taken every second (over 130,000 individual readings!) The FirstCheck+ 2000 multi gas detector has a date and time stamp for download to a PC via an IRDA link for detailed analysis.

FirstCheck+ 3000Ex
In addition to the features above, FirstCheck+ 3000 has an extended detection range of 0.1 to 10,000 ppm and additional operating mode for health and safety monitoring with pre-programmed STEL and TWA values.

FirstCheck+ 5000Ex
The most sophisticated multi gas detector, the FirstCheck+ 5000 provides full features and a dynamic detection range of 1 ppb to 10,000 ppm. Dangerous toxic gases can be detected at low ppb levels where hazardous to health, as well as flammable gases at LEL thresholds. Ideal for the First Responder, the sensitivity of the FirstCheck+ 5000 multi gas detector is a potential life saving instrument in the most hazardous environments. Its inert flow path ensures optimal response to heavy and reactive chemicals - not detected by other units - such as MDI, Mustard and Tabun.
